Summer Ball 2026…

Your vouchers are only eligible for the night of the Summer Ball (Saturday 23rd May 2026) at designated tills which will be signposted on the night. Each voucher entitles you to one drink (excluding bottles of wine), please note that Bar Staff retain the right to refuse service under the 2003 licensing act, any incidents in which this occurs will not be deemed valid for a refund. Drink vouchers do not retain any monetary value once they have been exchanged. 

To redeem your drink you will need to show the QR code sent to you via email. Please ensure you have your QR code ready to display to ensure wait times are kept down. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your Spam/Junk folders and email us at info@su.plymouth.ac.uk.
