Event policies
Do I need a Welcome Pass to attend, or can I just buy a ticket for this event?
This event is included in the Welcome Pass, which gives you access to six of the biggest events and works out cheaper than buying tickets individually. If you’d prefer, you can also buy a ticket just for this event.
Can I just pay on the door?
On-the-door sales are not guaranteed as Freshers events regularly sell out. To avoid disappointment, we recommend securing your tickets in advance.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. Our nightclub events are only open to those over the age of 18. It is a legal requirement for our staff to check your ID if they believe that you're under the age of 25. Valid forms of ID include: driving license (provisional or full), passport, PASS Card, Citizen Card.
Please note that your University Card is not acceptable ID as it does not detail your date of birth.
Can I bring a plus one?
Current University of Plymouth students can buy up to two tickets per account - one for themselves and one for a guest who doesn’t need to be a student. If you're bringing a guest, you'll need to purchase their ticket on their behalf. On the day, your guest must bring photographic ID that proves they're over the age of 18.
