Every Monday and Friday (18:30 - 19:30) throughout summer until term-time.

• Cost: free, just show your student or staff ID card
• Location: The Life Centre, 40 Mayflower Drive, PL2 3DF (15-20 minute walk from campus)

You'll need to show your student or staff ID card at the reception desk to access the session. Once you've shown your ID the Life Centre team will add you to their booking system and give you a Plymouth Active Card (this is to make it easier to sign you in for future sessions). Tickets are given on a first-come first-served basis and cannot be pre-booked.

Please note: there is a 40 person capacity for each session, once this is reached there will be a £3.60 charge to access a public swimming session.
