Competition auditions…

We are super excited to announce that we are hosting this years South West pole varsity! 

The South West pole varisty is an annual pole competition where unversities across the south-west compete in four categories, beginner, intermediate, advanced and group, and this year we are hosting it in Plymouth! Competition is a fun way to represent the society and build your confidence by performing a routine on stage. Our showcase and competition Team Captains Lucy O'Nions and Jade Evans will be there to support you every step of the way!

We are hosting the auditions for competition in Davy Main Hall, 5pm to 8pm on the 15th October 2025. If you can't make auditions but would like a chance to compete please contact Lucy O'Nions to find out alternative ways to audition. The following categories are, 

Beginner: This is for members who are new to pole. 

Intermediate: This is for members who have more pole experience but have not yet reached advanced level. 

Advanced: This level will be for experienced pole dancers with a level over intermediate. 

Group: open for all levels, will compete in a team of two or more.
