Caving taster sessions…

Welcome to caving!

 

This is a beginner-friendly caving experience. We will bring all the vital gear you need, but please bring the 4 things outlined below!

If you have a ticket, please contact us on our Instagram (@adventureandexpo) to arrange leaving Plymouth.

 

What to bring:

• Towel and spare clothes - we will be going straight in a car back to Plymouth afterwards, so bring something at least to sit on as it will get muddy!
• A snack - caving is always more fun when we're not hungry, so bring a small snack like some Skittles, a sealed chocolate bar, or hard-boiled sweets in a zip-lock bag.
• Spare AA batteries.
• Thick socks - you're welcome to borrow our wellies, but if you are, please bring thick socks in case we struggle with sizing.

 

What we will bring:

• Head torch and helmet.
• Under-suit - this can be worn over clothes like leggings and tops. It is a fleecy all-in-one to keep you warm.
• Over-suit - This is a more protective layer to go over the under-suit.
• Wellies - if you have your own, great! If not, we have spare.
