We aim to be as welcoming and supportive as possible, so if you have any worries about accessibility or are just feeling nervous about getting involved get in contact with us via our social media/email and we’ll do our best to help! In the past we have met people in a familiar spot on campus to walk to the session together, or we have met outside the Rolle building, or just outside the room so you don’t have to walk in alone. We can make sure you’re able to get involved by saying hi, having a chat and teaching you how to play some of our favourite games! If that's not your vibe, and you just want to solo grind some Zelda or Mario Kart time trials that's also completely fine!
Snacks and drinks are welcome, being mindful that some of our members have allergies, as long as everything is left clean and tidy, and help reorganising the room after the session is very welcome, we hope to see you there!

Super SwitchUP Star
This is our monthly mini-award to recognise a member of SwitchUP! who’s gone above and beyond that month. This could be someone who’s helped set up or pack away early, welcomed new members, been extra friendly and helpful, or made a positive impact in any way. Nominations can be submitted via a form during the first three weeks of the month, and the winner will be announced in Discord at the final SwitchUP! meeting of the month, receiving a small prize like a bag of sweets or a chocolate bar. Both committee and non-committee members are eligible — so only nominate someone if you have a genuine reason!
